CDR: Indonesian Customer Choosen Multivitamin

CDR marks itself as the leader on multivitamin category according to Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2009. Survey is carried out by SWA magazine with Frontier Consulting Group starting 1999 with aim to develop Indonesian marketing world. This survey also count customer satisfaction on category such as Food & Beverage, Pharma, Personal Care, Personal Clothing, Home Care and Household Care.
Global economic crisis affect index of customer satisfaction, but some interesting phenomenon occur in this year survey. Customer satisfaction survey involves 1600 respondents spread accross six major cities in Indonesia: Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar.
CDR tops the Multivitamin category replacing Hemaviton as the previous leader in 2008. The awarding night is held on 3 September 2009 in Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta. CDR reach 26,4% brand share, while Fatigon get 2nd place with 21,6% and Hemaviton settled in 3rd position with 21,1% brand share. This survey prooves that CDR is still the most choosen multivitamin of Indonesia’s customer.
